Divine Luxury Boutique's Store Policy

Due to the nature of our products, our items are not eligible for refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may receive a store credit or a product exchange, only if your items are unopened, unused and in their original package. 

Store Credit

In the event that you are eligible for an exchange/store credit, please contact: divineluxuryb@gmail.com within 3 days of your purchase, explaining the nature of your concern, and please include your name and order number in the subject line of the email.

Please note: Divine Luxury Boutique does not cover return shipping costs.

Final Sale

All sale or clearance and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Gift cards are nonrefundable.

Domestic Shipping
